摘　　要：针对氯碱化工中可燃有毒气体的生产工艺特点,结合近年来气体检测报警系统中探测器的使用、选型和安装中的经验,对气体探测器及区域警报器的选用和安装、有毒气体测量范围及报警值设定、可燃气体探测器与火灾报警系统的关联等设置要点作了详细分析和阐述,对氯碱化工企业可燃有毒气体检测报警系统设计与应用具有借鉴意义。In view of the characteristics of the production process of flammable and toxic gases in chlor alkali chemical industry,combined with the experience in the use,selection and installation in the gas detection and alarm system in recent years,this paper makes a detailed analysis and description of the key points in the selection and installation of gas detectors and regional alarms,the measurement range of toxic gases and the setting of alarm values,and the correlation between flammable gas detectors and fire alarm systems,It has reference significance for the design and application of flammable and toxic gas detection and alarm system in chlor alkali chemical enterprises.
