摘　　要：分析了电石破碎过程中的粉尘治理技术,通过阶段性探究和技术升级,减少了电石破碎、料仓及乙炔发生厂房的电石粉尘,消除了环保风险,提高了自动化水平,降低了操作人员工作负荷。This paper analyzes the technical transformation of dust control during the occurrence of calcium carbide crushed.Through phased exploration and technical upgrading,the existing calcium carbide dust in the calcium carbide crusher,silo and acetylene production plant has been reduced,and the environmental risk has been eliminated;The automatic operation mode is high,reducing the load of operators.
