摘  要:酮连氮法水合肼副产盐蒸发冷凝液含有肼类物质及其衍生有机物,其生物毒性较强,可生化性差。采用“前臭氧+水解酸化+二级A/O+絮凝沉淀+后臭氧+曝气生物滤池+多介质过滤”的组合工艺,通过前臭氧预处理解毒和水解酸化提高了废水可生化性,将水合肼副产盐水蒸发冷凝液处理达到设计回用要求,实现了水资源循环利用。Ketone nitrogen linking method of a certain chloralkali chemical enterprise hydrazine hydrate byproduct evaporation condensate contains hydrazine substances and their derivative organics,It has strong biological toxicity and poor biochemistry.The combined process of"pre-ozone+hydrolytic acidification+secondary A/O+flocculation sedimentation+post ozone+biological aerated filter+multi-media filtration"is adopted,the biodegradability of wastewater is improved by pre-ozone pretreatment detoxification and hydrolytic acidification,Treating hydrazine hydrate byproduct brine evaporation condensate to design reuse requirements,water resource recycling is achieved.
