大采高工作面煤壁片帮机理及其控制方法研究

摘  要:针对赵家梁矿大采高开采中存在的煤壁片帮情况,研究了煤壁稳定性特征及其片帮机理,确定煤壁极限稳定高度主要受煤体内聚力和内摩擦角影响,中等稳定煤壁易发生煤壁片帮致灾,给出了煤壁片帮控制方法。实践表明,对煤壁实施锚杆支护与注浆加固后,可有效控制煤壁片帮发展,保障了大采高工作面煤壁的稳定。Aiming at the coal wall spalling situation existing in the large mining height mining of Zhaojialiang Mine,the characteristics of coal wall stability and its spalling mechanism are studied,and it is determined that the limit stability height of coal wall is mainly affected by the cohesion and internal friction angle of coal,and the moderately stable coal wall is prone to coal wall spalling and disaster,and the control method of coal wall spalling is given.The practice shows that the development of coal wall spalling can be effectively controlled and the stability of coal wall in large mining height working face can be guaranteed after the implementation of anchor rod support and grouting reinforcement for coal wall.
