摘 要:为解决花园煤矿表土与基岩段井壁的破裂问题,对表土与基岩段井壁的破裂特征进行了研究,详细分析了井壁破裂原理,提出了井壁破损治理、井圈破裂修复的技术理念,形成了以开卸压槽为主、井圈加固和注浆为辅的综合治理技术方案,对井筒修复中井壁的结构形式进行了优化,利用高阻让压的井壁结构形式均化井壁受力,提高了井壁整体承载能力。In order to solve the rupture problem of the shaft wall in the topsoil and bedrock section of Huayuan Coal Mine,the rupture characteristics of the shaft wall in the topsoil and bedrock section are studied,the rupture principle of the shaft wall is analyzed in detail,the technical concepts of the shaft wall damage treatment and the shaft ring rupture repair are put forward,and a comprehensive treatment technical scheme is formed,with the opening of pressure-relieving groove as the main part,the well ring reinforcement and grouting as the auxiliary part,and the structural form of the shaft wall in the shaft repair is optimized,the shaft wall structure with high resistance and pressure relief is used to homogenize the stress on the shaft wall and improve the overall bearing capacity of the shaft wall.
