摘 要:针对麻家梁选煤厂煤泥水系统存在煤泥量大、煤中矿物易泥化等现象,优化煤泥减量化工艺,采用筛机干法预先脱粉、降低分级粒度工艺,使煤泥产率分别降低3.8%、0.8%。对脱介水和磁选机尾矿短流程、矸石泥预先处理以及高灰细泥短路循环四个工艺流程优化后,每小时多排出矸石泥5.75 t,次煤泥产生量减少4.8 t,降低煤泥浸泡时间,提高其排出效率。In view of the phenomena of large amount of coal slime and easy sliming of minerals in coal in the coal slurry water system of Majialiang Coal Preparation Plant,the coal slime reduction process is optimized,and the screening machine dry method is used to pre-dewater and reduce the grading particle size process,so that the coal slime yield is reduced by 3.8%and 0.8%respectively.After optimizing the four technological processes,namely,the short process of de-medium water and magnetic separator tailings,the pre-treatment of gangue sludge and the short circuit cycle of high-ash fine sludge,an additional 5.75 tons of gangue sludge is discharged every hour,and the amount of secondary coal slime is reduced by 4.8 tons,reducing the soaking time of coal slime and improving its discharge efficiency.
