摘 要:为了探究中间岩层厚度和节理弱面厚度对上行开采的影响,以甘肃平凉某矿为背景,利用块状离散元软件3DEC对中间岩层厚度比值为5.5、6.5、7.5、8.5、9.5以及节理弱面厚度从0至布满中间岩层的模型进行分析,得到了模型在不同中间岩层厚度比值以及不同节理弱面厚度下的塑性区分布图,同时得到了煤层1在不同工况下的下沉量。结果表明:随着中间岩层厚度比值的增加,煤层1在稳定区的下沉量分别减小了18.11%、24.48%、33.06%、42.09%,这意味着更厚的中间岩层有着更小的上部煤层变形和更大的下部煤层开采长度;同时,随着节理弱面厚度的增加,煤层1下部和上部岩层先后经过煤层1下部岩层未完全屈服;煤层1下部岩层屈服,但煤层1上部岩层尚未屈服;煤层1上、下岩层均屈服且发生离层的3个阶段,使得煤层1的下沉量发生2次突变,并先以较缓的趋势线性增加,随后以较快的趋势线性增加,最终演化为非线性变化趋势。In order to explore the influence of the thickness of intermediate rock stratum and the thickness of weak joint surface on upward mining, taking a mine in Pingliang, Gansu province as the background, the block discrete element software was used to analyze the model. The thickness ratio of intermediate rock stratum in the model is 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 and 9.5, and the thickness of weak joint surface is from zero to full of intermediate rock stratum,the plastic zone distribution of the model under different thickness ratios of intermediate strata and different thickness of weak joint surfaces were obtained,at the same time, the subsidence of coal seam 1 under different working conditions was obtained.The results show that:with the increase of the thickness ratio of intermediate strata, the subsidence of coal seam 1 in the stable area decreased by 18.11%, 24.48%, 33.06% and 42.09%respectively,this means that the thicker intermediate strata have smaller upper coal seam deformation and larger lower coal seam mining length;at the same time, with the increase of the thickness of the weak joint surface, the lower and upper strata of coal seam 1 have gone through three stages successively: the lower strata of coal seam 1 have not completely yielded;the lower strata of coal seam1 yield, but the upper strata of coal seam 1 have not yet yielded;the upper and lower strata of coal seam 1 yield and separate, the subsidence of coal seam 1 has two abrupt changes, which first increases linearly with a slow trend, then increases linearly with a fast trend, and finally evolves into a nonlinear change trend.
