摘 要:针对某矿极近距离煤层合层综采支架选型问题,利用相似模拟和理论分析,得出倾斜长壁综放面覆岩运动规律及确定支架工作阻力下限值的方法。研究表明:采场上覆岩层下沉速率呈现先增加再减小最后趋向于0的趋势,且越在上部的岩层其下沉速率越慢;倾斜长壁综放面支架工作阻力随矸石刚度、岩层破断角、岩石碎胀系数和煤层倾角的增大而减小。研究为极近距离煤层合层开采时确定倾斜长壁综放工作面支架阻力提供了借鉴。In view of the support selection problem of the fully-mechanized coal mining in very contiguous seams,the overburden strata movement law of inclined longwall fully mechanized caving face and the method of determining the lower limit of hydraulic support resistance are obtained by using similar simulation and theoretical analysis.The studies show that the subsidence rate of overburden strata above the working face increases initially,followed by a decrease,and then tends to be 0,and what′s more,the higher the overburden strata,the slower the rate of subsidence.The hydraulic support resistance in inclined longwall top coal caving face decreases with the increase of gangue stiffness,rock fracture angle,rock bulking factor and dip angle of coal seam.The research provides a reference for determining the hydraulic support resistance of inclined longwall fully mechanized caving face in very contiguous seams.
