摘　　要：现代化矿井多采用双巷掘进,顺槽联巷及时密闭能够保障综采工作面的安全高效回采。基于小保当矿传统密闭施工量大、工期长和劳动强度高的问题,对该矿112207综采工作面顺槽联巷进行了快速密闭结构设计,并从抗压、抗冲击和防水3方面进行了安全性分析;提出了“柔性模袋+改性混凝土充填材料+机械化泵送”的快速密闭构筑工艺并开展了现场试验;对快速密闭承压和气密性能进行了现场检测,结果表明,快速密闭能与围岩形成稳定的整体结构,承压性能满足要求,气密性良好;相较于传统密闭,快速密闭施工工期和成本分别降低了40%和27%,技术经济效果显著。In modern mines,double roadway driving is often adopted,and it can ensure the safety and high efficiency of fully mechanized mining face to construct the sealing in roadway crosscut in time.Based on the problems of traditional sealing of large construction volume,long construction period and high labor intensity in Xiaobaodang mine,the rapid sealing structure of 112207 fully mechanized mining face was designed,and the safety analysis was carried out from three aspects of pressure resistance,impact resistance and waterproof.The rapid sealing construction technology of flexible template+modified concrete filling material+mechanized pumping was put forward and field tests were carried out.The results of the field test on the rapid sealing pressure and airtight performance showed that,the rapid sealing can form a stable overall structure with surrounding rock,the pressure performance met the requirements,and the airtightness was good.Compared with traditional sealing,the construction period and cost of rapid sealing are reduced by 40%and 27%respectively,the technical and economic effect is obvious.
