摘 要:为提高工作面初采阶段瓦斯抽采效果,避免上隅角瓦斯超限,以沙曲1#煤矿4502工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法研究了覆岩在工作面初采阶段内的垮落特征,结合4502工作面初采阶段的瓦斯涌出量及覆岩垮落特征,沿工作面顶板设计3个高位定向长钻孔,钻孔末端由高位顶板延伸至工作面初采阶段的冒落带区域内。现场实践表明,合理设计高位定向长钻孔轨迹,有效提高了工作面初采阶段的瓦斯抽采量,避免了上隅角瓦斯超限,实现了工作面全生命周期内的持续高效瓦斯抽采。In order to improve the effect of gas extraction in the initial mining stage of working face and avoid gas overrun in the upper corner,taking 4502 working face of Shaqu No.1 coal mine as the research object,numerical simulation method is used to study the collapsing characteristic of cover rock in the initial mining stage of working face.Combined with the gas emission amount and collapsing characteristic of cover rock in the initial mining stage of 4502 working face,three high directional long drilling holes are designed along the roof of the working face,and the end of the drilling holes extends from the high roof to the caving zone area of the initial mining stage of the working face.The field practice shows that reasonable design the tracks of high directional long drilling can effectively improve the amount of gas extraction in the initial mining stage of working face,avoid gas overrun in the upper corner,and realize sustainable and efficient gas extraction in the whole life cycle of working face.
