摘  要:针对巴彦高勒煤矿主采的3-1煤层顶板延安组和直罗组含水层结构复杂,尤其直罗组含水层富水性极强,不均一,且层位垂高大,采用常规钻孔进行顶板砂岩水害治理存在钻孔深度浅、轨迹无法控制、探查范围及精度有限的问题,引进定向钻进技术,利用其轨迹可控,探查精度高,钻孔深度大的优势在311307工作面施工长距离定向钻孔进行采前顶板砂岩含水层探放,通过现场应用,完成1#钻孔孔深1118 m,1-1^(#)分支钻孔孔深778 m,控制钻孔轨迹在目标直罗组砂岩层位延伸,增加了钻孔探放水有效孔段距离,单孔最大出水量88 m^(3)/h,提升了工作面探放水钻孔的探查范围和放水效率,为工作面实现掘进和回采提供了安全保障。In view of the complex aquifer structure of Yan′an formation and Zhiluo formation in the roof of 3-1 coal seam mainly mined in Bayangaole coal mine,in particular,the Zhiluo formation aquifer is highly water rich,uneven,and the horizon is vertical and tall,there are some problems of shallow drilling depth,uncontrollable trajectory,limited exploration range and accuracy when conventional drilling is used for roof sandstone water disaster control,introduce directional drilling technology,taking advantage of its controllable trajectory,high exploration accuracy and large drilling depth,long distance directional drilling is constructed in working face 311307 for pre mining roof sandstone aquifer exploration and drainage,through field application,No.1 borehole depth 1118 m,No.1-1 branch borehole depth 778 m were completed,controlling the extension of borehole trajectory in target sandstone horizon,the distance of effective hole section is increased.The maximum discharge of single hole is 88 m^(3)/h,the exploration range and drainage efficiency of water exploration and drainage boreholes in the working face are improved,it provides security for the working face to realize the excavation and mining.
