摘　　要：带式输送机的输送带翻转运行可以有效减轻机械磨损,提高工作特性。从带式输送机翻转装置形式出发,充分考虑输送带自身的许用强度、工作张力等因素,对斜辊与垂直夹辊式翻转装置翻转长度进行了计算,并对几种计算公式进行比较分析,在此基础上推导了斜辊的安装角度,利用MATLAB绘制了翻转段任意位置输送带水平夹角与长度关系曲线,其计算结果可为现代带式输送机工程计算提供有益的参考和补充。The reverse operation of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor can effectively reduce the mechanical wear and improve the working characteristics. Starting from the form of the turnover device of the belt conveyor, fully considering the allowable strength and working tension of the conveyor belt itself, the reversal length of the inclined roller and the vertical pinch roller turnover device is calculated,and several calculation formulas are compared and analyzed. On this basis, the installation angle of the inclined roller is deduced, and the relationship curve between the horizontal angle and the length of the conveyor belt at any position of the turning section is drawn by using MATLAB. The calculation results can provide a useful reference and supplement for the engineering calculation of modern belt conveyors.
