摘  要:以神府东胜煤田中低变质程度烟煤为研究对象,首先分析了物理化学性质,据此采用物理-化学法中的高效浮选法对其进行深度脱灰制备超纯煤,采用单一变量法探究细粒级含量、矿浆浓度、药剂制度等几个关键因素对浮选效果的影响,最终通过复配捕收剂与高效浮选法实现原煤的深度脱灰,将原煤的灰分由6%降低至1.9%,且产率为35%,约为普通捕收剂的2倍。该研究对煤炭的高附加值利用走向大规模工业化生产提供了一定的基础,对煤炭企业升级转型及煤炭清洁高效利用具有重要的现实意义。Taking the medium and low metamorphic bituminous coal from Shenfu Dongsheng coalfield as the research object, the physical and chemical properties were firstly analyzed, and then the ultrapure coal was prepared by deep deashing of the high-efficiency flotation method in the physical-chemical method, and the single-variable method was adopted. The influence of several key factors such as fine particle content, pulp concentration, and chemical system on the flotation effect was explored. Finally, the deep deashing of raw coal was realized by compound collector and high-efficiency flotation method, and the ash content of raw coal was reduced from 6% to 1.9%, and the yield of 35% is about twice that of ordinary collectors. This research provides a certain foundation for the high value-added utilization of coal to large-scale industrial production, and has important practical significance for the upgrading and transformation of coal enterprises and the clean and efficient utilization of coal.
