摘 要:采用硫酸对硝酸分解磷矿后的冷冻母液进行深度脱钙,考察了温度、时间、硫酸用量和反应物中氧化钙含量对脱钙率的影响,筛选出对脱钙率影响较大的因素进行响应曲面实验,得出各工艺参数与脱钙率关联的数学模型,预测最优工艺条件下的脱钙率。结果表明,在反应温度为80℃,硫酸用量为理论用量的110%,氧化钙含量为5.84%时脱钙率最高,此时预测值为97.30%,实验值为97.33%。The sulfuric acid was used to deep decalcification of frozen mother liquor after phosphate rock decomposition by the nitric acid method.The influences of reaction temperature,time,sulfuric acid added,and CaO content of mother liquor on the decalcification rate were investigated.The factors affecting the decalcification rate were screened for response surface experimental design.The mathematical model related to each process parameter and the decalcification rate was obtained to predict the phosphorus release rate under optimal process conditions.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 80℃,the amount of sulfuric acid is 110%of the theoretical amount.The decalcification rate is the highest,with the concentration of calcium oxide in the reactant at 5.84%.The predicted value is 97.30%,and the experimental value is 97.33%.
