摘  要:采用原位合成法合成了Cu-β-SBA-15分子筛催化剂,首先使用碱处理的方法对Hβ分子筛进行扩孔,然后在扩孔后的Hβ分子筛上制备复合Hβ-SBA-15分子筛,最后在Hβ-SBA-15复合分子筛上负载金属Cu,制备Cu-β-SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂,并在Cu-β-SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂上进行二苯甲烷的合成反应。通过对Hβ分子筛扩孔、改变金属Cu的负载量、改变制备复合分子筛催化剂的浸渍温度、浸渍时间、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等方式得到不同条件下制备的Cu-β-SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂,通过合成二苯甲烷反应对复合分子筛催化剂的性能进行评价。结果表明,β-SBA-15复合分子筛具有较大的比表面积、孔体积和介孔孔径;Cu的载入,虽减小了β-SBA-15复合分子筛的孔径但能够提高分子筛原有的活性和合成二苯甲烷的选择性;在42℃、浸渍3 h和550℃下焙烧5 h制备的Cu-β-SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂,苯与苯甲醇合成二苯甲烷反应性能最佳。The Cu-β-SBA-15 molecular sieve catalyst was synthesized by in-situ synthesis method in this study.Cu-β-SBA-15 Composite molecular sieve was prepared by loading metal Cu on the composite Hβ-SBA-15 molecular sieve,which is produced from the Hβmolecular whose pores have been expanded by alkali treatment.And then the synthesis of diphenylmethane was carried out over the Cu-β-SBA-15 composite molecular sieve catalyst.The effects of Cu loading amount,impregnation temperature,impregnation time,roasting temperature and roasting time on the catalytic performance of synthesis of diphenylmethane were evaluated by the conversion of benzyl alcohol in the reaction of benzene with benzyl alcohol and the selectivity and yield of dibenzyl methane.The results showed thatβ-SBA-15 composite zeolite has large specific surface area,pore volume and mesoporous aperture;the pore size ofβ-SBA-15 composite zeolite decreased but the reactive activation and the selectivity in the synthesis of diphenylmethane was improved,when Cu is loaded in the zeolite.The Cu-β-SBA-15 composite zeolite catalyst,which was impregnated at 42℃for 3 h and roasted at 550℃for 5 h,revealed the optimal catalytic performance for the synthesis of diphenylmethane from benzene and benzyl alcohol.
