摘  要:以天然海泡石为原料,采用两步法对海泡石进行纳米化处理,第一步使用自然沉降法去除杂质石英和滑石;第二步用硫酸或盐酸作为质子供体,草酸作为助剂,对海泡石进行提纯和剥离。通过热重分析仪(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM和EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)进行表征。结果表明,盐酸处理效果优于硫酸,且3 mol/L盐酸效果最佳,直径在50~200 nm的海泡石纳米纤维最多。Natural sepiolite was used as the raw material for the nanosizing treatment of sepiolite using a two-step method,namely:the first step used natural sedimentation to remove impurities quartz and talc;the second step purified and stripped sepiolite with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid as the proton donor and oxalic acid as the auxiliary.Characterization by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM and EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)revealed that hydrochloric acid treatment was better than sulfuric acid,and 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid had the best effect,and the most sepiolite nanofibers with diameters of 50~200 nm were found.
