摘  要:采用微波强化二氧化锰氧化降解偏二甲肼(UDMH)废水,通过固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析中间产物,使用Ecosar软件分析中间产物毒性。采用芬顿氧化法处理UDMH废水,并对其反应条件(双氧水加入量、废水初始pH、亚铁离子与双氧水的比例)进行了优化探究,确定最优反应条件为:双氧水加入量为100 mL/L,废水初始pH为3,亚铁离子与双氧水的摩尔比为1∶12。芬顿氧化法能降低中间产物的毒性。芬顿反应后,再使用活性炭吸附处理UDMH废水,进一步降低废水毒性和化学需氧量(COD_(Cr)),最优活性炭加入量为50 g/L。结果表明,芬顿氧化-活性炭吸附联用法显著降低UDMH废水生物毒性,并使废水的COD_(Cr)和甲醛浓度分别达到《污水综合排放标准(GB 8978—1996)》的二级和一级排放标准。Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH)wastewater was degraded by microwave enhanced manganese dioxide oxidation,and the degraded liquid was analyzed by solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS).The toxicity of intermediates was analyzed by Ecosar software.Fenton oxidation method was used to degrade the UDMH wastewater,and the reaction conditions were optimized:the amount of hydrogen peroxide,the pH of the wastewater before the reaction,and the ratio of ferrous ion to hydrogen peroxide.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 100 mL/L,and the initial pH of the wastewater was 3,the molar ratio of ferrous ion to hydrogen peroxide is 1∶12.The results showed that Fenton oxidation method could relatively reduce the toxicity of intermediate products.Further reduce the toxicity of wastewater and make the chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr))of treated wastewater,this study further treated UDMH wastewater by activated carbon adsorption method after Fenton reaction,the potimal amount of activated carbon is 50 g/L.The result showed that Fenton oxidation activated carbon adsorption combined method was constructed to treat UDMH wastewater,which finally achieved the goal of significantly reducing the biological toxicity of wastewater,and made the COD_(Cr)and formaldehyde concentration of wastewater meet the secondary and primary discharge standards of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978—1996).
