摘 要:综述了硫化氢干法脱除相关技术,主要包括克劳斯法、碳基吸附、分子筛基吸附、金属氧化物吸附及膜分离技术,重点阐述了硫化氢脱除技术要点及存在问题,详细介绍了干法中硫磺回收工艺的方法类型,包括蒸发冷凝法、溶剂提取、无水液氨浸出、无水乙醇浸出及四氯化碳浸出。指出干法氧化铁脱硫剂应用到转轮技术有巨大潜力,且对于硫磺的回收仍需进行进一步研究。The related technologies of dry removal of hydrogen sulfide are reviewed,including Claus method,carbon-based adsorption,molecular sieve adsorption,metal oxide adsorption and membrane separation,with emphasis on the key points and existing problems of hydrogen sulfide removal technology.The types of sulfur recovery processes in dry process are introduced in detail,including evaporation condensation method,anhydrous liquid ammonia leaching,anhydrous ethanol leaching and carbon tetrachloride leaching.Finally,it is pointed out that dry iron oxide desulfurizer has great potential in rotary wheel adsorption device,and it still has great potential for sulfur recovery.
