摘 要:橡胶改性沥青凭借良好的高低温性能、抗疲劳性能,以及对降低“黑色污染”的贡献,被广泛应用于高等级绿色交通发展中。但是,传统橡胶沥青在储存过程中会遇到明显相容性差的问题,严重影响工程中的应用。为了研究现场制备高掺量橡胶复合改性沥青的热储存稳定性,采用离析试验、荧光显微镜、红外光谱及DSR离析率四种手段进行表征,并与SBS改性沥青对比。结果表明,高掺量橡胶复合改性沥青经过一系列化学物理变化大体可以形成均匀一致的稳定性结构;但在储存时会出现离析现象,并且随着橡胶粉掺量的增大,沥青离析程度会提升,虽然不同掺量的橡胶复合改性沥青的稳定性不同,但建议现制现用,不适合长时间储存,尤其在高温条件下。Rubber modified asphalt with good high and low temperature performance,fatigue resistance,and to reduce the‘black pollution’contribution,is widely used in high-grade green transportation development.However,the traditional rubber asphalt will encounter the problem of poor compatibility during storage,which seriously affects the application in engineering.In order to study the thermal storage stability of high-volume rubber composite modified asphalt prepared on site,four methods of segregation test,fluorescence microscope,infrared spectrum and DSR segregation rate were used to characterize and compare with SBS modified asphalt.The results show that the high content rubber composite modified asphalt can form a uniform stability structure after a series of chemical and physical changes.However,segregation will occur during storage,and with the increase of rubber powder content,the degree of asphalt segregation will increase.Although the stability of rubber composite modified asphalt with different contents is different,it is suggested that it is not suitable for long-term storage,especially under high temperature conditions.
