摘  要:海水用作工业循环冷却水可以节约淡水资源,缓解水资源短缺现状。研究海水的腐蚀和结垢特性并研发了适用于海水循环冷却水的阻垢缓蚀剂。结果表明,缓蚀剂RP-HS对碳钢的缓蚀效果良好,碳钢腐蚀速率0.017 mm/a;在RP-HS的基础上添加PBTCA得到阻垢缓蚀剂RP-HSP,阻碳酸钙率97.4%,稳磷率89.3%,稳锌率98.2%。动态模拟试验碳钢试管腐蚀速率0.062 mm/a,粘附速率5.43 mg/(cm^(2)·月)。电化学试验表明RP-HSP为阴极型阻垢缓蚀剂,最佳使用浓度为100 mg/L。Seawater can be used as industrial circulating cooling water to save fresh water resources and alleviate water shortage.The corrosion and scaling characteristics of seawater were studied and a scale and corrosion inhibitor which is suitable for seawater circulating cooling water was developed.The results show the good performance of the corrosion inhibition effect of RP-HS on carbon steel with the corrosion rate of 0.017 mm/a.The scale and corrosion inhibitor RP-HSP was obtained by adding PBTCA on the basis of RP-HS.The inhibition rate of calcium carbonate was 97.4%,the stabilization rate of phosphorus was 89.3%,and the stabilization rate of zinc was 98.2%.The corrosion rate of carbon steel tube was 0.062 mm/a and the adhesion rate was 5.43 mg/(cm^(2)·month)in dynamic simulation test.The electrochemical test shows that RP-HSP is a cathodic scale and corrosion inhibitor,and the optimum concentration is 100 mg/L.
