摘  要:为探究煤柱宽度、顶板体积模量、煤层体积模量、巷道高度与巷道宽度5因素对窄煤柱巷道非均匀变形影响的显著程度,以丰汇煤矿15104综放工作面窄煤柱巷道为工程背景,设计正交试验进行FLAC3D数值模拟。由正交试验可知,煤柱宽度对巷道的非均匀变形影响最显著,得出窄煤柱巷道非均匀变形的多元线性回归模型。通过数值模拟分析不同煤柱宽度的巷道围岩应力及位移的非均匀演变规律,最终确定煤柱宽度为8 m。将高精度数字图像相关方法(DIC)应用于相似模拟试验,综合现场调研、正交试验、数值模拟、相似模型试验得出窄煤柱巷道的非均匀变形破坏机制,基本顶破断回转对窄煤柱巷道的偏转挤压是致使巷道非均匀变形的直接原因。针对窄煤柱巷道的非均匀变形提出差异化支护方案并应用于现场,巷道非均匀变形得到了有效控制。In order to investigate the influences of coal pillar width, bulk modulus of roof, bulk modulus of coal, roadway height and width, taking the narrow coal pillar roadway in fully mechanized working face of Fenghui coal mine 15104 as engineering background, design the orthogonal test for FLAC3Dnumerical simulation. As can be seen from the orthogonal test, the width of coal pillars plays a prominent role in the non-uniform deformation of narrow coal pillar roadway. Multivariate linear regression model for non-uniform deformation of narrow coal pillar roadway. Non-uniform evolution law of stress and displacement of surrounding rock of roadway with different coal pillar width by numerical simulation. The coal pillar width is suggested as 8 m. The high precision digital image correlation method(DIC) is applied to the similar simulation test. The non-uniform deformation and failure mechanism of narrow coal pillar roadway is obtained by comprehensive field investigation, orthogonal test,numerical simulation and similar model test. The deflection and extrusion of the narrow coal pillar roadway caused by the basic roof breaking rotation is the direct cause of the non-uniform deformation of the roadway. Aiming at the non-uniform deformation of narrow coal pillar roadway, a differential support scheme is put forward and applied in the field, and the non-uniform deformation of roadway is effectively controlled.
