摘 要:针对黄白茨煤矿采掘接续紧张、煤炭采出率低等问题,在黄白茨煤矿0213^(上2)01工作面应用柔模混凝土沿空留巷开采技术。考虑0213^(上2)01工作面上覆12煤采空区的影响,通过现场调研、理论计算、数值模拟和现场实际相结合的方法,重点设计研究了在上覆近距离煤层采空区影响下,沿空留巷巷旁支护体宽度对留巷巷道的影响。通过数值模拟及实际应用表明:黄白茨煤矿0213^(上2)01工作面随着巷旁支护体宽度增大,巷旁支护体受上覆岩层垂直应力处于先减小后稳定趋势,同时巷道顶板应力、副帮水平应力都处于先减小后稳定趋势;通过理论计算所确定的巷旁支护体宽度为1.0 m,强度C30,在实际应用中,满足留巷要求,留巷效果良好。In view of the problems of tense mining connection and low coal recovery rate in Huangbaici coal mine, the soft model concrete gob-side entry retaining mining technology was applied in 0213^(up2)01 working face of Huangbaici coal mine. Considering the influence of 12 coal seam goaf on 0213^(up2)01 working face, through field investigation, theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field practice, focuses on the design and research of the influence of the width of the supporting body near the gob-side entry retaining roadway on the gob-side entry retaining roadway under the influence of the goaf of the close distance coal seam. Numerical simulation and practical application show that:with the increase of the width of the roadside support, the vertical stress of the roadside support subjected to the overlying strata at 0213^(up2)01 working face in Huangbaici coal mine decreases first and then stabilizes, while the stress of the roadway roof and the horizontal stress of the auxiliary wall decrease first and then stabilizes;through theoretical calculation, the width of roadway support body is1.0 m and the strength C30 is determined. In practical application, it meets the requirements of roadway retaining and the effect of roadway retaining is good.
