摘 要:针对碎软煤层中存在的钻进困难、事故频发、成孔深度浅、难以满足瓦斯治理要求等问题,开展了气动定向钻进在碎软煤层中的影响机制及应用效果研究。借助气固两相流、达西定律等相关理论,划分了气动定向钻进煤渣运移过程中的压力损失类型,建立了碎软煤层气动定向钻进风压、风量的计算公式。分析了风压、风量的影响因素及其作用,编绘了地质参数、钻孔设计参数和钻进工艺参数在典型条件下的风压、风量关系图版。山西某矿气动定向钻进技术现场应用表明,利用本文方法计算的风压、风量结果与实际吻合程度高;采用图表法分析了理论风压、风量与实测风压及风量的误差,获得了各因素对风压和风量的影响权重,发现粒径和倾角是风压和风量的主要影响因素,密度和孔深对风压和风量影响较小。Aiming at the problems of difficult drilling, frequent accidents, shallow drilling depth and difficulty in meeting requirements of gas management in broken soft coal seams, research on the influence mechanism and application effect of pneumatic directional drilling in broken soft coal seams was carried out. With the help of gas-solid two phases flow, Darcy′s law and other related theories, the types of pressure loss in the process of cinder transport in pneumatic directional drilling were classified, and calculation formulae of gas pressure and volume of pneumatic directional drilling in broken soft coal seams were established. The parameters affecting the gas pressure and volume were analyzed, and the relationship between geological parameters, drilling design parameters and drilling process parameters under typical conditions were compiled and drawn. The errors of theoretical and measured gas pressure and volume were analyzed by graphical method;the influence weights of each factor on gas pressure and volume were derived, and it was found that particle size and inclination angle were the first and second influencing factors of gas pressure and volume, while density and hole depth had less influence on gas pressure and volume. Application of pneumatic directional drilling technology in a mine of Shanxi shows that the results of gas pressure and volume calculated by using this method are in good agreement with the actual one.
