摘  要:针对采动影响下深部煤层巷道变形破坏严重难以控制的难题,以景福煤矿15108工作面进风顺槽为背景,采用理论分析和数值模拟等研究方法并与现场实测相结合,分析了采动影响下邻近工作面回采巷道的围岩变形规律,揭示了动压巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出了巷道长锚索支护+短锚索补强+钢带联合差异化控制的分断面锚索加固技术,并采用现场实测方法验证了措施的可行性。结果表明:15108进风顺槽邻近工作面超前支承压力影响范围约90 m,工作面推过120~160 m后,侧向支承压力影响程度开始降低,观测期间顶底板移近量达1 270 mm;15108进风顺槽围岩变形特征与工作面周期来压步距息息相关;应力环境复杂、巷道围岩强度偏低和巷道支护强度不足是影响深部动压巷道围岩稳定的主要因素;巷道长短锚索联合加强支护较原支护提升了围岩支护强度与稳定性,满足巷道运输及工作面回采要求。In view of the difficulty of controlling the roadway with deformation failure of the deep coal seam under the influence of mining, taking the inlet wind chute of 15108 working face of Jingfu coal mine as the engineering background, and the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the back mining roadway of the adjacent working face under the influence of mining was analyzed by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and combined with field measurement, which revealed the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the dynamic pressure roadway, and full anchor cable support technology with long anchor cable support + short anchor cable reinforcement + steel belt in a divided section of the roadway was proposed, and the feasibility of the measure was verified by field measurement method. The results show that: the influence range of over-support pressure of15108 inlet wind chute is about 90 m, and the influence degree of lateral support pressure starts to decrease after the working face is pushed through 120-160 m, and the top and bottom approach amount up to 1 270 mm during the observation period;the deformation characteristics of 15108 windway are closely related to the working face cycle to pressure step;complex stress environment, low strength of roadway envelope and insufficient strength of roadway support are the main factors affecting the stability of deep dynamic pressure roadway;the combination of long and short anchor cable reinforced support of the roadway improves the strength and stability of the surrounding rock support compared with the original support, which meets the requirements of roadway transportation and workface retrieval.
