摘  要:为研究大断面煤巷围岩变形破坏规律与有效控制问题,以麻家梁矿14211带式输送机运输顺槽地质条件为背景,采用现场监测、理论分析、数值模拟等方法,对该类煤巷围岩失稳原因及稳定控制进行研究。研究结果表明:大断面煤巷变形破坏以顶板下沉为主,同时伴随两帮局部移近,巷道围岩属Ⅳ类不稳定围岩,提出了采用超长锚索加强支护及强化巷道顶底角支护对策,充分发挥锚杆索与变形围岩的耦合作用,改善了围岩受力环境,提高围岩整体稳定性。现场应用表明,采用该支护体系,巷道顶底板移近86 mm,两帮移近70 mm,耦合支护方案可有效控制大断面煤巷变形破坏。In order to study the deformation and failure law and effective control of surrounding rock in large section coal roadway, based on the geological conditions of 14211 belt transportation channel in Majialiang mine, the instability causes and stability control of surrounding rock in this kind of coal road way are studied by means of on-site monitoring, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The research results show that the large section coal roadway deformation damage is given priority to with roof subsidence, accompanied by two local nearer, genus instability of surrounding rock of roadway surrounding rock, proposed the long anchor cable reinforcement and strengthening support by top corner of countermeasures, this supporting scheme can give full play to the coupling effect of anchor cable and the deformation of surrounding rock, improve the surrounding rock stress environment,improve the overall stability of surrounding rock. The field application shows that the roof and floor of roadway move close to 86 mm and the two sides move close to 70 mm, and the coupling support scheme can effectively control the deformation and failure of large section coal roadway.
