摘 要:为科学评估煤矿企业粉尘防治工作效果,以陕北神木市5个煤矿为研究对象,采用三角模糊层次分析法和决策实行与评价实验室方法融合指标主观权重和影响度,依据博弈论组合赋权主、客观权重,并结合集对分析理论,建立煤矿粉尘防治效果评估模型。结果表明:一级指标影响度次序为粉尘防治管理>粉尘防护设施>职业健康监护;评估模型确定5个煤矿粉尘防治效果优劣次序为国有煤矿Ⅰ>国有煤矿Ⅲ>国有煤矿Ⅱ>私营煤矿Ⅳ>私营煤矿Ⅴ,四阶偏联系数下私营煤矿Ⅴ的粉尘防治效果发展趋势不确定,其余4个煤矿粉尘防治效果有变好趋势;该模型准确反映了5个煤矿的粉尘防治效果,为开展类似煤矿粉尘防治评价工作提供参考。In order to scientifically evaluate the effect of dust prevention and control in coal mine enterprises, taking 5 coal mines in Shenmu city of northern Shaanxi as the research object, the evaluation model of coal mine dust prevention and control effect was established by integrating the subjective weight and influence degree of index with the method of triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process(TFNAHP) and decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL), based on the combination of game theory to assign subjective and objective weights, the model was established by combining the set pair analysis theory. The results show that the order of impact of the first level indexes is dust control management > dust protection facilities > occupational health monitoring. The evaluation model determined the order of the five coal mine dust control effect sequence is Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ>Ⅴ,under the fourth order partial connection number, the development trend of dust control effect of privately-owned Ⅴ is uncertain, and the dust control effect of the other four coal mines is getting better,this model accurately reflect the five coal mine dust prevention effect, for the reference for the similar coal mine dust prevention and evaluation work.
