摘  要:煤矿底板突水常采用注浆封堵治理方法,而受开采历史技术条件的限制,遗留了很多传统方法无法封堵的突水点,时刻威胁矿井的安全生产。基于峰峰矿区的水文地质特征,对各突水点进行分类,分析突水的主要影响因素。通过数值分析和现场实践,研究了灰岩含水层浆液扩散规律,确定了适合峰峰矿区的堵水材料参数。研究表明,峰峰矿区突水事故由多种因素耦合作用引起,主要突水水源为大青灰岩水和奥陶系灰岩水,大型及特大型突水占比接近50%;突水通道以底板采动裂隙和正断层断裂带为主,采用定向水平井封堵时,水平段应距断层面小于30 m,充填骨料粒径范围宜为1~40 mm。提出的水平井“查—钻—注—检”快速封堵突水点方法应用于牛儿庄矿特大型突水点残余水量治理中,彻底有效封堵了突水通道,为我国大水矿区老突水点的高效封堵治理提供了技术手段。Grouting treatment method is often used to plug the water inrush pathway for water inrush accidents from coal seam floor. However, many old water inrush areas cannot be plugged through traditional methods effectively. Water inrush area threats mining safety of coal mine momently. Based on the hydrogeological characteristics of Fengfeng coal mining area, water inrush areas were classified and the main factors of water inrush were also analyzed. Through numerical analysis and filed practice,diffusion range of grouting and grouting effect were researched under different space between horizontal drillings and aggregate size was confirmed for water plugging and treatment in Fengfeng coal mining area. The research results showed that water inrush accidents caused by coupling of high pressure water. Sources of water inrush were from Daqing limestone and Ordovician limestone, the proportion of large and super-huge water inrush accidents was near 50%. Mining floor fractures and normal faults were the main water inrush pathways. When the fault pathway was grouted through horizontal directional drilling, the distance between horizontal drilling and fault face should be less than 30 m and the particle size of filling aggregate should be 1 to 40 mm. Based on searching, drilling, grouting and checking, horizontal directional drilling treatment method was proposed and was used to govern remnant water inflow of super-huge water inrush in Niuerzhuang coal mine. Water inrush pathway was completely plugged after checking evaluation, which supplied technological means for the treatment of old water inrush area.
