摘  要:采动影响下“Y”型综采面新老采空区之间的隔离煤柱产生大量裂隙,使新老采空区之间导通,引起漏风和老空区积聚瓦斯的大量涌出,不仅增加了新老采空区的自燃隐患,同时可能导致工作面回采过程中回风流瓦斯超限和采空区复合灾害区域扩大,因此,开展“Y”型综采面采动影响下新老采空区的遗煤自燃特点及瓦斯分布规律研究具有十分重要的意义。创建了漳村煤矿26采区2603和2601工作面新老采空区的观测系统,通过现场测温取样分析,得出采动影响下隔离煤柱两侧新老采空区的瓦斯与氧气浓度分布规律,揭示“Y”型综采面老空区遗煤的二次氧化特点及其演变规律,确定采动影响下老空区遗煤二次氧化是“Y”型综采面的最大自燃隐患,且老空区积聚瓦斯进入“Y”型综采面采空区,增大了“Y”型综采面采空区的瓦斯可爆带范围,增加了采空区煤自燃引燃或引爆瓦斯的复合灾害危险性。Under the influence of mining, a large number of cracks are produced in the isolated coal pillar between the new and old goaf of "Y" type fully mechanized mining face, which leads to air leakage and gas accumulation in the old goaf, which not only increases the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in the new and old goaf, but also may lead to the excessive return air gas and the expansion of the compound disaster area of the goaf in the mining process of the working face. It is of great significance to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics and gas distribution law of residual coal in new and old goaf under the influence of "Y" type fully mechanized mining face. The observation system of new and old goaf of 2603 and 2601 working face in No.26 mining area of Zhangcun coal mine is established. Through on-site temperature measurement and sampling analysis, the distribution law of gas and oxygen concentration in new and old goaf on both sides of isolated coal pillar is obtained under the influence of mining. The secondary oxidation characteristics and evolution law of residual coal in the goaf of "Y" type fully mechanized mining face are revealed, and it is determined that the secondary oxidation of residual coal in the goaf under the influence of mining is the biggest hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in "Y" type fully mechanized mining face. In addition, the accumulated gas in the old goaf enters the goaf of "Y" type fully mechanized mining face, which increases the range of gas explosive zone in the goaf of "Y" type fully mechanized mining face, and increases the risk of compound disaster caused by coal spontaneous combustion or gas detonation in the goaf.
