摘 要:为了解决综采工作面难湿润煤层注水效果差、粉尘浓度高的问题,以陈四楼煤矿21210采煤工作面主采2#煤层为研究背景,开展基于瓦斯抽放钻孔动静压煤层注水降尘试验研究。采用瓦斯抽放钻孔动静压联合注水工艺进行煤层注水,通过计算及现场试验得到了适合该煤层的注水参数,注水压力8 MPa,按1.5%的水分增量来计,煤层湿润半径达到4 m,司机处以及司机后10、15、20、30 m处的降尘效率分别达到了62.1%、59.0%、55.6%、53.9%、51.1%,该工艺取得了良好的降尘效果。In order to solve the problems of poor water injection effect and high dust concentration in difficult to wet coal seam in fully mechanized mining face, taking No. 2 coal seam in 21210 coal face of Chensilou coal mine as the research background, the experimental research on water injection and dust reduction in dynamic and static pressure coal seam based on gas drainage borehole is carried out. The dynamic and static pressure combined water injection process of gas drainage borehole is used for coal seam water injection. Through calculation and field test, the water injection parameters suitable for the coal seam are obtained. The water injection pressure is 8 MPa. According to the water increment of1.5%, the wetting radius of the coal seam reaches 4 m, and the dust reduction efficiency at the driver and 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 30 m behind the driver reaches 62.1%, 59.0%, 55.6%, 53.9% and 51.1%respectively. The process has achieved good dust reduction effect.
