摘  要:采煤机振动信号对判断采煤机运行状态具有重要意义,考虑到井下工作条件恶劣、通信干扰因素多等因素,设计了一种基于LoRa无线传输技术的采煤机振动信号采集系统,以STM32单片机作为主控制器,结合SX1278芯片设计了系统硬件,调用PYQT工具包设计了上位机软件。实验表明系统能够实现多点振动信号的精确采集,通信最大距离为152 m,能够满足工作面远程信号采集要求。The vibration signal of shearer is of great significance to judge the operation state of shearer.Considering the poor underground working conditions and many communications interference factors, a shearer vibration signal acquisition system based on LoRa wireless transmission technology is designed.The system hardware is designed with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main controller and SX1278 chip, and the host computer software is designed with PYQT toolkit. Experiments show that the system can realize the accurate acquisition of multi-point vibration signals, and the maximum communication distance is 152 m, which can meet the requirements of remote signal acquisition of working face.
