摘  要:直流调速系统常用于煤矿带式运输装置,最常见的是脉宽调制(PWM)直流调速系统。但煤层变化,可能使运输装置工作时运输煤量发生变化。为避免运输装置高频变换、降低运输电机开关次数,同时达到精度高、响应速度快等调速需求,给出一种结合PWM技术和转速-电流二级级联控制技术的数字控制装置的设计方案。以Z4-312-1三相无刷直流电动机为例,通过参数计算得出主要器件选型。利用Simulink搭建二级级联控制系统电路模型,分别对电机空载和带载两种工况进行仿真。结果表明,电流和转速超调量低,系统具有较好跟随性能,运行稳定。DC speed regulating system is often used in belt conveyor in coal mine, pulse width modulation is the most common DC speed regulation system. But when the coal seam changes, the amount of coal transported by the transport device also changes. In order to avoid the high frequency change of the transportation device, reduce the switch times of the transportation motor, and meet the requirements of high precision and fast response speed, a design scheme of digital control device which combines PWM technology and speed current two-stage cascade control technology was proposed. Taking the Z4-312-1three-phase brushless DC motor as an example, the main components were selected through parameter calculation. The circuit model of two-stage cascade control system was built by Simulink, the simulation includes two working conditions: no load and load on of the motor. The results show that the overshoot of current and speed is low, the following performance and stable operation are good.
