摘 要:为了实现光催化剂的绿色制备,笔者探索了以钙基膨润土、电气石等天然矿物为主要原料,以锐钛矿型钛白粉、钛溶胶为功能原料,采用混合法并以一次烧成工艺来制备光催化陶瓷的技术。实验发现,作为作为光催化功能组分的纳米TiO_(2)溶胶也是本催化剂的烧结助剂:它可使光催化材料于600℃烧结成为具有一定强度的固体材料。采用XRD、SEM、BET等对所制备的光催化剂做了表征;以亚甲基蓝(MB)、甲基橙(MO)溶液为模拟废液,测试了所制备的光催化剂的降解性能。实验结果显示,纳米TiO_(2)溶胶对光催化剂的光催化性能起决定性作用,且可以与钙基膨润土混合煅烧后形成具有光催化功能的CaTiO_(3);普通的锐钛矿型钛白粉对提高纳米TiO_(2)光催化剂有辅助作用;添加15%的电气石的光催化剂有最高的光催化效率。In order to realize the green preparation of photocatalyst,the technology of photocatalytic ceramics prepared by using calcium bentonite,tourmaline and other natural minerals as the main raw materials,anatase titanium dioxide and titanium sol as the functional raw materials was explored.The experiment found that as a photocatalytic functional component of nano-TiO_2 sol is also the catalyst sintering assistant:it can make the photocatalytic material sintered at 600 ℃ into a certain strength of solid materials.The prepared photocatalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM and BET.The degradation performance of the prepared photocatalyst was tested with methylene blue(MB) and methyl orange(MO) solutions as simulated waste liquid.The results show that nano-TiO_2 sol plays a decisive role in the photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst,and it mixed with calcium bentonite can be calcined to synthesize CaTiO_3 with photocatalytic function.The common anatase titanium dioxide has an auxiliary effect on the improvement of nano-TiO_2 photocatalyst.The photocatalyst with 15% tourmaline had the highest photocatalytic efficiency.
