摘　　要：核燃料组件抓具是核电厂检修中不可缺少的设备之一,一般设置在可由电动操作的移动式行车起升机构上(压水堆称之为换料机,本文称之为乏燃料贮存水池自动操作机),乏燃料贮存水池自动操作机配合其安装在小车上的外套筒、内套筒、钢丝绳、定滑轮和旋转接头连接操作机自动抓具,抓取核燃组件及其容器转运至工作位置和贮存位置。本文浅析某核电厂自动重力式核燃料组件专用抓具,因其结构的特殊性,可有效地保证核燃料组件快速装卸、抓取释放,其结构可靠性、安全性和便捷性较好,操作快速、方便。本抓具具有一定的自锁功能,在正常升降、故障工况及地震工况下,对所操作的对象夹持不会掉落。Nuclear fuel assembly gripper is one of the indispensable equipment in the maintenance of nuclear power plant.It is generally set on the mobile crane lifting mechanism that can be operated by electric power(pressurized water reactor is called refueling machine,which is called spent fuel storage pool automatic operator in this paper).The automatic operator of spent fuel storage pool is connected with the outer sleeve,inner sleeve,steel wire rope,fixed pulley and rotary joint installed on the trolley.The automatic gripper of the operator grabs the nuclear fuel assembly and its container and transports it to the working position and storage position.This paper analyzes the special gripper for automatic gravity nuclear fuel assembly in a nuclear power plant.Because of its structural particularity,it can effectively ensure the rapid loading,unloading,grasping and release of nuclear fuel assembly.Its structural reliability,safety and convenience are good,and the operation is fast and convenient.The gripper has a certain self-locking function and will not drop when clamping the operated object under normal lifting,fault conditions and earthquake conditions.
