摘　　要：为解决燃机电厂天然气泄漏问题,本文对管道本体、管道上法兰等容易出现泄漏的部位进行分析。基于此,本文根据燃机电厂天然气泄漏检测中常见的红外线成像法、泡沫检测法、手持式可燃气体探测仪检测法等应用情况进行分析,结合项目概况,提出燃机本体天然气泄漏检测、燃机排气段与余热锅炉内天然气泄漏检测、电厂主厂房天然气泄漏检测等检测技术,这样不仅有利于实现对泄漏事故的有效预防,还可以保证天然气管道实现安全输送的目的,促使管线在投入正式运行时具有安全性、稳定性,有利于对天然气泄漏事故进行有效规避,以期为燃机电厂天然气泄漏检测水平提升提供参考。In order to solve the problem of gas leakage in the gas turbine power plant,this paper analyzes the parts prone to leakage such as the pipeline body and the upper flange of the pipeline.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of infrared imaging method,foam detection method,hand-held combustible gas detector detection method and other common natural gas leakage detection methods in gas turbine power plant,and proposes detection technologies such as natural gas leakage detection in gas turbine body,natural gas leakage detection in gas turbine exhaust section and waste heat boiler,and natural gas leakage detection in main plant of power plant.This is not only conducive to the effective prevention of leakage accidents,but also can ensure the safe transmission of natural gas pipeline,promote the safety and stability of the pipeline when it is put into formal operation,and is conducive to the effective avoidance of natural gas leakage accidents,so as to provide reference for the improvement of natural gas leakage detection level of gas turbine power plants.
