摘　　要：针对YJ27型接装机组高速生产过程中烟支出现泡皱的现象,本文对烟支搓接工艺过程中影响搓接质量的因素进行了系统的研究和分析,研究发现,因搓板现有纹路与镭射覆膜水松纸材质不匹配,造成“组烟”在搓接过程中摩擦力不足而引起烟支泡皱。针对该问题,在原有设计理念的基础上,对原有搓板的纹路进行了改进,通过增加水松纸搓接时的摩擦力,避免了因摩擦力不足造成的滤嘴烟支出现翘边、泡皱、漏气等质量缺陷现象。经实践应用,有效降低了卷烟高速生产过程中烟支产生的泡皱缺陷,保证了产品的质量,提高了生产效率。In view of the phenomenon of cigarette blister in the high-speed production process of YJ27 cigarette assembly unit,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the factors affecting the cigarette quality during the cigarette assembly rolling formation.It is found that the existing grain of rolling plate can not meet the material of laser coated tipping paper,resulting in insufficient friction in the process of"group cigarette"and cigarette blister wrinkle.In view of this problem,the grain of the original rolling plate is improved on the basis of the original design concept.By increasing the friction during the rubbing of tipping paper,the quality defects such as edge warping,blistering and air leakage of filter cigarettes caused by insufficient friction are avoided.Through practical application,our method effectively reduces the blister defect of cigarettes in the process of high-speed cigarette production,ensures the quality of products and improves the production efficiency.
