摘　　要：选取CNKI关于医案数据挖掘方面的文献,对这些文献的关键词贡献、文献互引、作者合作等信息进行分析,总结出医案研究的数据分析方法经历了“个案分析→多医案统计分析→多学科跨越式分析”的过程。按照描述性分析和预测性分析两种不同的数据挖掘方法,将检出文献进行分类研究。研究发现,数据挖掘技术在中医医案研究中的应用仍存在数据质量参差不齐、信息孤岛、样本分布不平衡、算法选择偏差等问题,未来的相关研究需夯实数据基础、重视医案挖掘语义化。In this research,selecting literatures on medical record data mining in CNKI,it analyzes the key words contribution,literature mutual citation,author cooperation and other information of these literatures.It is concluded that the data analysis method of medical case study has experienced the process of"case analysis→statistical analysis of multiple medical cases→multi-disciplinary leaping analysis.According to two different data mining methods,descriptive analysis and predictive analysis,the literature will be classified.The research found that the application of data mining technology in the research of TCM medical records still has problems such as uneven data quality,isolated information island,unbalanced sample distribution,algorithm selection deviation,etc.Future related research needs to consolidate the data foundation and attach importance to the semantics of medical record mining.
