摘  要:当前,铁路运输凭借其较高的可靠性、良好的运载能力,在远距离长途运输领域中占据了较大比例。铁路货车轴承智能组装系统作为铁路火车运载能力实现的重要装备组成,其重要性不言而喻。基于此,本文在对铁路货车轴承智能组装系统项目背景进行论述的基础上,分析了现阶段国内外铁路货车轴承智能化的发展进程和未来发展趋势,制定了铁路货车轴承智能组装系统的设计目标,并深入分析了铁路货车轴承智能组装系统的关键技术,最后对该系统应用进行评价,旨在为我国铁路货车轴承智能组装系统应用水平的快速提升提供经验。At present,with its high reliability and good carrying capacity,railway transportation occupies a large proportion in the field of long-distance transportation.The intelligent assembly system of railway freight car bearings,as an important equipment to realize the carrying capacity of railway train,its importance is self-evident.Based on this,this paper discusses the background of the intelligent assembly system for railway freight car bearings,analyzes the development process and future development trend of the intelligent assembly system for railway freight car bearings at home and abroad at this stage,formulates the design goal of the intelligent assembly system for railway freight car bearings,and deeply analyzes the key technologies of the intelligent assembly system for railway freight car bearings,and finally evaluates the application of the system.It aims to provide experience for the rapid improvement of the application level of intelligent assembly system for railway freight car bearings in China.
