摘 要:经过多年的发展,我国起重机械施工技术在技术、顶管设备、施工工艺等方面都取得了长足的进步,在某些方面,甚至达到了世界领先水平。地下千斤顶的施工效率,特别是机械式千斤顶的施工效率明显提高。作为最传统的顶管方式,手掘式顶管与机械顶管在施工效率上存在较大差距,但由于其建设成本低、操作方便、设备简单等优点,在地质条件较好的小型工程中仍被广泛使用。基于此,本文以污水管道手动提升机为例,分析了影响主流程施工效率的因素,并制定了指导建议和相关措施,为后续类似项目提供参考。After many years of development,Chinese lifting machinery construction in technology,pipe jacking equipment,construction technology and so on has made great progress,in some aspects,even reached the world leading level.The construction efficiency of underground jacks,especially that of mechanical jacks,is obviously improved.As the most traditional pipe jacking method,there is a big gap in construction efficiency between hand-dug pipe jacking and mechanical pipe jacking.However,due to its advantages of low construction cost,convenient operation and simple equipment,hand-dug pipe jacking is still widely used in small projects with good geological conditions.Based on this,this paper takes the manual elevator of sewage pipe as an example,analyzes the factors that affect the construction efficiency of the main process,and makes guidance suggestions and relevant measures to provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
