摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的行椎间孔镜诊疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予基础护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,采用腰椎严重程度测试问卷(ODI量表)比较2组躯体功能,采用肩关节功能评分标准(JOA)量表对患者临床体征、膀胱功能等展开评价,比较2组患者的恢复效果。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分、VAS评分、ODI评分均显著低于对照组,JOA评分、术后恢复优良率均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者给予优质护理干预效果可观,可有效缓解术后疼痛,改善腰椎功能及睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation and influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by Foraminoscopy admitted to 901 Hospital of Chinese People′s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the two groups,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception between 2 groups.The lumbar spine Severity Test questionnaire(ODI)scale was used to compare the physical function of 2 groups,and the shoulder joint function Score(JOA)scale was used to evaluate the clinical signs and bladder function of the patients,and the recovery effect of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score,VAS score and ODI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,JOA score and the rate of postoperative recovery were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation has considerable effects,can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve lumbar function and sleep quality,worthy of clinical application.
