脊柱手术患者应用围术期快速康复外科护理模式的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估快速康复外科(FTS)护理模式应用在脊柱手术患者围术期中的效果及对睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的脊柱手术患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组采用FTS护理模式,对照组采用常规围术期护理模式,比较2组患者护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)以及康复相关指标。结果:1)护理前,2组PSQI、VAS、ADL、JOA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,观察组PSQI、VAS评分低于对照组,ADL、JOA评分高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2)观察组康复相关指标(肛门排气、下床活动、住院时间)优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FTS护理模式对于改善脊柱手术患者腰椎功能、日常活动能力、疼痛程度、睡眠质量均有较好效果,且能缩短康复时间,值得推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of fast rehabilitation surgery(FTS)nursing mode in perioperative period of spinal surgery patients and the effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 84 patients with spinal surgery from November 2020 to November 2021 were included.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into the observation group(42 patients were included,and the FTS nursing mode was adopted),the control group(42 patients were included,and the routine perioperative nursing mode was adopted).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),visual analog score(VAS),daily living ability(ADL),treatment score(JOA)Rehabilitation related indicators are evaluated before and after nursing.Results:1)before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI,VAS,ADL and JOA scores between the groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of PSQI and VAS were lower and the scores of ADL and JOA were higher in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2)Compared with the control group,the rehabilitation related indexes(anal exhaust,ambulation and hospitalization time)of the observation group were better,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FTS nursing mode has a good effect on improving lumbar function,daily activity ability,pain degree and sleep status of patients with spinal surgery,and can shorten the recovery time.It is worth popularizing.
