优质护理等方法在感染科老年肝病睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理联合责任制分层护理在感染科老年肝病睡眠障碍中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年3月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院感染科收治的老年肝病睡眠障碍患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=55)。对照组采用一般护理干预,观察组给予优质护理联合责任制分层护理。比较2组护理应用效果。结果:干预前,2组睡眠呼吸暂停生命质量指数(SAQLI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组PSQI评分较本组治疗前均下降,SAQLI评分较本组治疗前均提高,且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SAQLI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为90.90%,明显高于对照组75.75%(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理联合责任制分层护理在感染科老年肝病睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果良好,能有效提高患者满意度,提高其睡眠质量,促进患者生命质量的提高,有较高的临床护理价值。Objective:To explore and analyze the nursing effect of high-quality nursing combined with responsibility system stratified nursing in the sleep disorder of elderly patients with liver disease in the department of infectious diseases.Methods:From January 2020 to March 2022,112 elderly patients with sleep disorders with liver disease in the Department of Infectious Diseases who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the experimental subjects,and the patients were divided into 57 cases in the comparison group and 55 cases in the study group by random number table method.The comparison group was given general nursing intervention,and the research group was given high-quality nursing combined responsibility system stratified nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep apnea quality of life index(SAQLI)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI and SAQLI scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the comparison group;the total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high-quality nursing combined with responsibility system stratified nursing in the elderly patients with sleep disorder of liver disease in infectious department is good,it can effectively improve patient satisfaction,improve their sleep quality,and promote the improvement of patients′quality of life,which has high clinical nursing value.
