总体国家安全观视角下的沂蒙精神研究

摘　　要：将弘扬沂蒙精神与维护总体国家安全结合起来,着眼于新时代总体国家安全面临的新问题、新挑战、新风险,着眼于树立总体国家安全观对沂蒙精神研究提出的新需求、新要求、新期待,充分挖掘总体国家安全观与沂蒙精神共有的“内核”要素,即坚持以人民为中心,坚持群众观点,坚持走群众路线,在弘扬沂蒙精神中筑牢总体国家安全的基石,维护好总体国家安全;在维护好总体国家安全中不断深化沂蒙精神的研究,弘扬好新时代沂蒙精神。因此,将弘扬新时代沂蒙精神与维护总体国家安全结合起来,拓展了新时代沂蒙精神的时代价值和实践价值,开辟了新时代沂蒙精神研究的新领域。combining the promotion of Yimeng Spirit with the maintenance of the overall national security,we focus on new problems,challenges and risks faced by the overall national security in the new era,and the new demands,requirements and expectations required by the overall national security for Yimeng Spirit.This research fully excavates the“Core”elements shared by the overall national security concept and Yimeng Spirit,namely,adhering to people-oriented strategy,the masses opinions,and the masses lines.We should lay the cornerstone of overall national security by promoting Yimeng Spirit,to maintain the overall national security,and promote Yimeng Spirit in the new era through deepening the study of Yimeng Spirit.Therefore,combining promoting Yimeng Spirit with maintaining the overall national security expands the epochal value and the practical value of Yimeng Spirit,and opens up a new research field of Yimeng Spirit in the new era.
