摘　　要：目的:探究黄芪多糖注射液对子宫内膜癌(EC)术后放化疗患者免疫功能及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2021年7月-2022年4月于江西省妇幼保健院就诊60例EC术后进行放化疗患者,采用区组随机化法将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用同步放化疗治疗方案,观察组在其基础上联合黄芪多糖注射液进行治疗。比较两组免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、生活质量[肿瘤患者生命质量(FACT-G)]、毒副反应(白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平和放射性肠炎发生情况)。结果:治疗后,两组FACT-G总分均低于治疗前,而观察组FACT-G总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平均高于对照组,放射性肠炎发生率、CD8^(+)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖注射液能有效提高EC术后放化疗患者的免疫功能,降低毒副作用,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection on immune function and adverse reactions in patients with chemoradiotherapy after endometrial cancer(EC)surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients who underwent chemoradiotherapy after EC surgery in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by block randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given concurrent chemoradiotherapy regimen while the observation group was given Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection on the basis of the control group.Immune function(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)],toxic and side effects(leukocyte,hemoglobin,platelet levels and incidence of radiation enteritis)were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the FACT-G total scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,but the FACT-G total score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),white blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet in observation group after treatment were higher than those in control group,while the incidence rate of radiation enteritis and CD8^(+)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection can effectively enhance the immune function,reduce the toxic and side effects,and improve the quality of life of patients with chemoradiotherapy after EC surgery.
