万病回春清肺汤治疗支气管扩张并感染的临床观察及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析万病回春清肺汤治疗支气管扩张伴感染的效果和对肺功能的影响。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年7月湛江市第二中医医院收治的支气管扩张伴感染痰热型患者共80例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分成观察组、对照组,各40例,观察组予以万病回春清肺汤加西医常规治疗,对照组予以西医常规治疗。比较两组总有效率;治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷气短及口干等中医症候积分;第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC%、肺活量(VC)等肺功能指标水平;血白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)等炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷气短、口干等中医症候积分积分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC%、VC水平相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项肺功能指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组WBC、hs-CRP、PCT相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:万病回春清肺汤对支气管扩张伴感染疗效理想,能改善患者的临床症状和肺功能,缓解炎症反应,值得采用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Wanbing Huichun Qingfei Decoction on bronchiectasis associated with infection and the effect on lung function.Method:A total of 80 phlegm-heat patients with bronchiectasis accompanied by infection admitted to Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected for this study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given Wanbing Huichun Qingfei Decoction plus western medicine routine treatment,the control group was given western medicine routine treatment.The total effective rate,cough,phlegm,chest tightness,shortness of breath,dry mouth and other TCM symptoms before and after treatment,1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV 1/FVC%,vital capacity(VC)and other lung function indicators,levels of inflammatory factors such as white blood cell count(WBC),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in the scores of TCM symptoms such as cough,phlegm,chest tightness,shortness of breath and dry mouth between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FEV 1,FVC,FEV 1/FVC%and VC levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of lung function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in WBC,hs-CRP and PCT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wanbing Huichun Qingfei Decocti
