预见性护理干预在尿毒症患者并发脑出血实施无肝素血液透析中的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在尿毒症并发脑出血患者实施无肝素血液透析中开展护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月-2022年8月桂林市人民医院接收的尿毒症并发脑出血患者113例为本次病例,采取随机数字表法将入选的病例分成观察组56例和对照组57例,两组患者均采取无肝素血液透析治疗,治疗期间对照组患者采取常规护理配合,观察组患者则给予预见性护理干预,将两种不同护理方案最终取得的临床效果进行详细对比分析。结果:护理后,观察组患者透析中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级凝血发生率均低于对照组,透析期间观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理后,观察组患者透析依从性、生活活动能力、护理满意度及生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在尿毒症并发脑出血患者行无肝素血液透析治疗期间开展预见性护理干预,对于提升临床护理管理质量、增强患者认知度及配合度、减少透析不良反应发生、提高患者疾病控制效果及改善患者生存质量起到了重要作用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in heparin-free hemodialysis for patients with uremia complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 113 patients with uremia complicated with cerebral hemorrhage in Guilin People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the cases.The selected patients were divided into observation group(56 cases)and control group(57 cases)by random number table.Both patients in the two groups were treated with heparin-free hemodialysis,and the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing cooperation,the patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing intervention,and the clinical effects of the two different nursing schemes were compared and analyzed in detail.Result:After nursing,the incidences of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢcoagulation in dialysis of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during dialysis,after nursing,the dialysis compliance,activity of life,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing intervention during heparin-free hemodialysis for patients with uremia complicated with cerebral hemorrhage plays an important role in improving the quality of clinical nursing management,enhancing patients'awareness and cooperation,reducing the incidence of adverse dialysis reactions,improving the effect of disease control and improving the quality of life of patients.
