摘　　要：目的:探讨流产后关爱对高危人工流产患者术后避孕方式选择的影响。方法:选取2021年1-10月赣州市妇幼保健院计划生育科收治的486例高危流产患者,按照随机数字法分成对照组242例,试验组244例。对照组给予常规的人工流产,试验组在对照组的基础上,流产后给予关爱服务。比较两组患者流产后6个月内通过口服短效避孕药、宫内节育器两种高效可逆避孕方式的使用情况、流产后6个月内的重复流产率及对生殖健康知识的掌握率。结果:试验组流产后6个月内选择口服短效避孕药、宫内节育器两种高效可逆避孕方式进行避孕占比高于对照组,6个月内的重复流产率低于对照组,试验组对生殖健康知识的总掌握率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对流产后的患者实施关爱护理,可以提高高危人工流产患者的避孕意识和对生殖健康知识的掌握率,使其能够坚持使用高效避孕措施进行避孕,降低6个月内再次意外怀孕率,保障高危人工流产患者的生殖健康。Objective:To explore the effect of post-abortion care on the choice of postoperative contraceptive methods for high-risk abortion patients.Method:A total of 486 high-risk abortion patients admitted to the Family Planning Department of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected,according to the random number method,242 cases were in the control group and 244 cases were in the experimental group.The control group was given routine induced abortion services,and the experimental group was given post-abortion care on the basis of the control group.The use of oral short-acting contraceptives and intrauterine device within 6 months after abortion,the repeat abortion rate within 6 months after abortion and the mastery rate of reproductive health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Result:The proportion of patients group who chose oral short-acting contraceptive and intrauterine device for effective reversible contraception within 6 months after abortion in the experimental was higher than that in the control group,the repeated abortion rate within 6 months was lower than that in the control group,and the mastery rate of reproductive health knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of post-abortion care for postpartum patients can improve the awareness of contraception and the mastery rate of reproductive health knowledge in high-risk induced abortion patients,make them adhere to the use of highly effective contraceptive measures for contraception,reduce the rate of unintended pregnancy within 6 months,and ensure the reproductive health of high-risk abortion patients.
