麻杏石甘汤加味联合择时敷贴法治疗小儿肺炎风热郁肺证的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺炎风热郁肺证患儿采用麻杏石甘汤加味联合择时敷贴法治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年5月本溪市中医院收治的78例肺炎风热郁肺证患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分成研究组(n=39)与对照组(n=39)。对照组采用择时敷贴法治疗,研究组采用麻杏石甘汤加味联合择时敷贴法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分及肺功能。结果:研究组总有效率为97.44%,较对照组的84.62%高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音、喘息积分均低于治疗前,且研究组均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)均高于治疗前,研究组较对照组均更高(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤加味联合择时敷贴法应用于小儿肺炎风热郁肺证治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,促进临床症状缓解,改善患儿肺功能。Objective:To explore the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with market timing application method in the treatment of children with pneumonia with wind-heat stagnation of the lung syndrome.Method:A total of 78 children with pneumonia with wind-heat stagnation of the lung syndrome from May 2020 to May 2022 who were admitted to Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,they were divided into the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with market timing application method,the study group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with market timing application method.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.44%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cough,fever,pulmonary rales and wheezing scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with market timing application in the treatment of children with pneumonia with wind-heat stagnation of the lung can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,and improve the pulmonary function of children.
