摘 要:为提高燃煤机组灵活性,该文提出燃煤机组集成超临界二氧化碳储能(compressed supercritical carbon dioxide energy storage,SC-CCES)循环的热力发电系统。基于机理建模法在MATLAB平台建立耦合SC-CCES系统的燃煤机组动态数学模型,利用仿真实验研究系统的耦合特性,获取SC-CCES系统在储能阶段、释能阶段关键参数的动态响应曲线,并开展参数动态特性研究。结果表明:系统在设计点运行时,降负荷范围可达2.53%Pe(Pe为额定负荷),该范围降负荷速率较快,可达25.735%Pe/min;升负荷范围可达0.71%Pe,该范围内升负荷速率可达5.31%Pe/min,同时升负荷阶段利用锅炉送风与SC-CCES系统耦合可使燃煤机组节约煤耗5.05g/(kW·h)。所构建的热耦合热力系统在改善燃煤机组灵活性方面有较好应用前景,可为SC-CCES系统的工程应用奠定理论基础。In this study,a coal-fired unit with an integrated compressed supercritical carbon dioxide energy storage(SC-CCES)cycle is proposed to improve the flexibility of coal-fired units.Based on the mechanism modeling method,the dynamic mathematical model of the coal-fired unit coupled with SC-CCES system is established on the MATLAB platform.The coupling characteristics of the system are studied by simulation experiments,the dynamic response curves of the key parameters of the SC-CCES system in the energy storage stage and energy release stage are obtained,and the dynamic characteristics of parameters are studied.When the system runs at the design point,the load reduction range can reach 2.53%Pe(Pe is rated load),and the load reduction rate in this range is faster,up to 25.735%Pe/min.The lifting load range can reach 0.71%Pe,and its lifting load rate can reach 5.31%Pe/min.Meanwhile,the coupling of boiler air supply and SC-CCES system in the lifting stage can save the coal consumption of 5.05g/(kW×h).In this paper,the construction of a thermally coupled thermal system has a good application prospect in improving the flexibility of coal-fired units,laying a theoretical foundation for the engineering application of SC-CCES systems.
