摘 要:与传统开关磁阻电机相比,永磁辅助开关磁阻电机有更高的功率密度和效率、更大的转矩安培比,但存在较大的转矩脉动,限制了工程应用范围。该文首先解释传统直接瞬时转矩控制策略,针对传统直接瞬时转矩控制策略转矩脉动的原因,提出一种将两相交换区细分为交换Ⅰ区、交换Ⅱ区和交换Ⅲ区,与单相导通区构成一个电周期的四区间,分别给出与区间电感特性相适应的滞环控制;然后提出不同转速下的导通角算法,建立自适应导通角的四区间转矩脉动抑制方法。最后以一台三相6/20的永磁辅助开关磁阻电机为例,进行仿真分析和样机实验。结果表明,该方法能在宽转速范围上有效降低永磁辅助开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动。Compared with the traditional switched reluctance motor,the permanent magnet assisted switched reluctance motor has higher power density and efficiency,and a larger torque per ampere ratio,but it also has larger torque ripple,which limits the engineering application.First,this paper explains the traditional direct instantaneous torque control.The reason is that there exists the torque ripple at traditional direct instantaneous torque control.Secondly,the two-phase exchanging region is subdivided into exchanging regions I,II and III,which constituted 4 regions in an electric cycle with the single-phase conduction region.The hysteresis control is provided respectively based on the inductance characteristics of the region.Thirdly,the turn-on and turn-off angle algorithm at different speeds is proposed,and the 4-region torque ripple suppression method is established.Finally,a three-phase 6/20 permanent magnet assisted switched reluctance motor is taken as an example for simulation analysis and prototype experiment.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the torque ripple of permanent magnet assisted switched reluctance motor at a wide speed range.
