摘 要:为实现220kV及以上等级交联聚乙烯(cross linked polyethylene,XLPE)电缆绝缘料研发,须对其基础树脂和成品料主要性能做出完整评价,并对比其与进口材料的差异。该文阐述国产220kV电缆绝缘料配方体系和生产工艺设计原理。以进口同等级绝缘料作为对比,通过萃取进口材料交联剂获得可供测试的提纯树脂,对比测试国产与进口绝缘料基础树脂的大分子结构和流变性能;对比分析国产与进口绝缘料XLPE的交流电气性能、热氧老化性能和交联性能。结果表明:国产基础树脂在分子量及分布、支化度、化学成分及流变性能上均与进口同等级电缆料基础树脂相近;国产220kV XLPE绝缘材料在击穿强度上与进口材料持平,且相比原始基础树脂在击穿性能上有所提高,介电损耗性能上优于进口材料;国产XLPE热氧老化性能、交联度和交联反应效率上优于进口材料,抗预交联性能上与之持平,国产材料相对更优的抗氧化性能导致交联剂用量偏大,交联反应产气量相对较大,但达到饱和脱气所需时间基本一致。In order to develop 220kV and above grade crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)cable insulation materials,it is necessary to make complete evaluation of the main properties of the base resin and manufactured materials.This work describes the design of components and manufacture process of domestic 220kV cable insulation material.Compared with imported insulating materials of the same grade,purified resin for testing is obtained by extracting crosslinking agent,the macromolecular structure and rheological properties of domestic and imported base resin are compared and tested.The AC electrical properties,thermal oxygen aging performance and crosslinking performance of XLPE are compared and analyzed.The results show that the molecular weight and its distribution,branching degree,chemical composition and rheological properties of domestic base resin are similar to those of imported materials.The domestic 220kV XLPE insulation material has similar breakdown strength as imported materials,which is improved compared with the original base resin.Besides,the dielectric loss performance of domestic 220kV XLPE insulation material is better than that of imported materials.The oxygen aging performance,the crosslinking degree and crosslinking reaction efficiency are superior to those of imported materials,and the scorch resistance is comparable to that of imported materials.The relatively better oxidation resistance of domestic XLPE leads to inevitable increase of crosslinking agent and relatively large amount of crosslinking byproduct;however the time required for saturation degassing is basically the same.
